Securing “Safety” is a fundamental responsibility.

  • At the initiative of the Security Control Division, the division responsible for security and disaster prevention, Tokyo Big Sight operates Disaster Prevention Center and Security Center onsite with highly trained staff on call around the clock to ensure visitor's safety, and AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators) installed throughout the venue facilitate a prompt and effective response to emergency situations.
  • Keeping firmly in mind that each employee's role in protecting the safety and security of visitors and enhancing their ability to do so in a prompt and effective manner, Tokyo Big Sight runs regularly scheduled fire drills and life-saving seminars for all employees to increase their awareness and competency in providing for the security of visitors.

Our task is creating a“Reliability” environment for everyone.

  • There are information centers to respond to a variety of inquiries, guide signs to help first time visitors get around, a moving sidewalk, texured paved blocks, nursing rooms, and more to ensure the comfort and convenience of visitors.
  • We provide smoking spaces to ensure that all smorking and non-smorking spaces are kept entirely separate, and parking vacancy information is always available for visitors coming by car.

  • In the venue there is a Service Corner that offers parcel-delivery service, temporary liggage storage, and souvenirs, and a Business Center equipped with copiers, fax machines, and a foreign currency exchange counter. Also, there are convenience stores and ATMs. The unique artworks displayed in public spaces add aesthetic value and a bit of fun.
  • Tokyo Big Sight's restaurants and cafes offer a varied menu, and friendly staffs ensure every guest the very best in taste, service and price.
